Call or send the form
Phone (08) 9515 3332, or fill in the form further down this page. Either way, your enquiry goes to an independent local contractor who will contact you to arrange a time to look at the job.
What to include
The more we know, the better the first conversation:
- Where the wall is: suburb, and whether it is front, back or side.
- How big: approximate length and the highest point. A guess is fine.
- What it holds up: lawn, garden, a driveway, a pool, a shed, a building.
- Boundary or not: and whether the neighbour knows.
- What is there now: an old wall, a slope, a batter, nothing.
- Photos from the high side and the low side.
- Access: side gate width, steps, or whether a machine can get in from the street.
If you are on a canal or near the estuary, mention that as well, as it can change who needs to be consulted.
What happens next
- The contractor calls to talk through the job.
- They visit to measure and look at the ground.
- You receive a written quote.
- You decide whether to go ahead. There is no obligation.

Take a look at the cost guide for planning prices and the FAQ for permits and materials. If your block is sandy or canal-side, the sandy and canal-side blocks guide is worth a read.
